Return & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. 

To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. 

Size Exchanges 

We understand that sizing can vary. If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time size exchange for the same product. Size exchanges are limited to the same item only. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Conditions of Exchange:

    • Item must be unworn and in original packaging.
    • Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return of shipping cost
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the replacement costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns past 14th days of delivery.
  • All returns/exchanges must be approved before being send back
  • Items sent without approval may not be accepted
  • Amyreen reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the return policy conditions
